Terms and Conditions

Payments and Refunds: All payments for bookings must be made in full prior to the commencement of the rental period. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the rental owner.
Rental Agreement: A rental agreement is required to be signed before you stay in the cabin. Failure to sign rental agreement will result in cancellation of booking
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before arrival of the rental start date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental start date will not be refunded.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property caused by their party during the rental period. All damages must be reported immediately to the rental owner and must be paid for in full before the end of the rental period.
Pets: All cabins are dog friendly cabins if booked directly through Stanley Stays website. All other pets are not allowed. There is a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin at a fee of $25/night per dog. All dogs must be leased when on cabins properties and NO DOGS MAY BE LEFT UNATTENDED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ON CABIN PROPERTY. Be courteous of your neighbors and clean up after your dog. If you bring a pet that is not disclosed before arrival, you will be fined $100/night per dog and will also be charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the rental property.
Occupancy: The maximum number of persons allowed to occupy the property is specified in the rental agreement. Guests must not exceed the maximum number of persons allowed without the written consent of the rental owner.
Compliance with Laws: Guests are required to comply with to all State and Local laws
